3 Workers Killed Every Fortnight

(Sew Zealand Press Association > WELLINGTON, August 9. Three workers are killed every fortnight in industrial accidents, according to the Government Statistician.

Compensation paid each year for industrial accidents is about £3,250,000, plus indirect costs about four times; this figure. Young male workers are the worst accident risk in industry, the figures show.
