Garments For Kaitawa Babies
Some 53 individual babies’ garments will be sent from the Levin Plunket Mothers’ Club for distribution to the expectant mothers widowed in the recent sinking of the collier, Kaitawa. The garments were made in a club monthly competition. Members read about the widows and decided to give them the articles.
