These posts provide excellent facilities for further specialised training at the only Medical School in New Zealand. Courses are available for higher degrees. It is anticipated that the primary Examination will be held in Dunedin in 1967. SALARY SCALES: In accordance with the Hospital Employment (Medical Officers’) Regulations, the commencing rates of salary will be determined in accordance with the qualifications and experience of the appointees within the following scales: Junior Registrar, £1675—£1835. Senior Registrar, £lB90 —£2165. ACCOMMODATION: Board and residence may be provided for sdngle appointees and some partially furnished residential accommodation is available for married appointees.
