Woodend, previously joint! runner-up with Rangiora. has now taken over sole charge of! this position as a result of a I win and a draw in its latest! matches, while Rangiora i* third. Many matches scheduled for Saturday were postponed becaus* of unfavourable weather, and few results of Saturday's matches are to hand. Senior matches resulted:— Oxford 32, Sefton 26. Woodend 24, Oxford 24. Rangier* St, Ohoka IS. Weodend 22, Rangiora 19. Championships points are:— Oxford 21. Woodend 18, Rangiora 16, Rangiora High School Ex-Pupil* 9, Sefton 7. Ohoka 4. Other grade matches resulted:— Fourth Grad*.—Oxford D beat St. Patrick* B. 15-14; Rangiora H beat Ohoka C. IS-7. Primary.—A division: Wood•nd beat Amb*rl«y, *l-4.
