TUNIS, July 24. President Habib Bourguiba of Tunisia has returned home from his 17-day tour of the Benelux countries and West Germany.
Observers in Tunis believe he attained the main objects of the seek greater support for Tunisia's association with the European Common Market and larger economic and technical assistance.
