N.Z. Furniture May Be Used (N.Z. Press Association* WELLINGTON, July 22. The Government would include items of New Zealand manufacture in its Rome Embassy if it proved possible, the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said today. He was commenting on a report that the Furniture Manufacturer’s Federation had decided to ask the Government to use New Zealandmade furniture in the Embassy. The Government would have to balance various considerations, including the substantial freight costs involved in shipping goods from New Zealand, the Prime Minister said.
