this melt the butter. When melted add breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt pepper and paprika. Allow crumbs to brown then put some of these in a greased shallow ovenproof dish—or preferably individual ramekin dishes. Cover crumbs with drained, fresh oysters, squeeze lemon juice over them and cover with more breadcrumbs. On top place bacon cut into strips. Place in a hot oven (400 deg F.) until bacon is crisp.
