SOLD KEY TO CODE
(N .Z .P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) MADRID, June 29. A former Spanish Foreign Office official, Francisco Garda-Villalba, has been accused of selling the key to Spain’s diplomatic code to the Russians. The prosecution is demanding a 20-year sentence. Garda, aged 29, gave himself up to the authorities after his brother, a priest, urged him to confess.
