Alliances Stand
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) MOSCOW, July 1 President de Gaulle’s 12-day Soviet state visit has left unchanged the standing alliances made by the Soviet Union and France since the war. The two nations pledged to work together to develop European relations in all fields ih a solemn declaration issue at the close of the French leader’s historic visit.
