N.Z. TOUR OFF
(N.Z. Press Association) TAURANGA. The tour of New Zealand by the Bank of Korea women’s indoor basketball team has been cancelled. Associations in centres which were to have been match venues have been advised of this by telegrams from the Women’s Indoor Basketball Association’s executive in Nelson. No reason for the cancellation has been given. Negotiations for the tour began two years ago. Last year’s tour was also cancelled. Korea was to have played 10 matches, including three tests, beginning at Auckland on July 11.
