Steindl, told Mulley that he was being charged with careless riding, the jockey raid: ‘Tm disgusted. I would Hike to see the film again." Moore, who repeatedly looked down at Bronze Knight s legs as he eased Mm out of the race, claimed the horse was lame and unfit to run. After a acene with Smith In the welgMng-in enclosure Moore told the stewards that Bronze Knilight w*» lame before the start. He said he asked the veterinary surgeon at the barrier to look at th* hone, but the hone* wa* passed a* fit. Moore said Bronze Knight was tied up during the race, but was not lame when he brought Mm back to the endosure.
