June 21, 1966, at 10.40 a.m. That in exercise of the powers contained in Section 232 A, Counties’ Act, 1956, and amendments thereto, the Ellesmere County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: “That the drainage rates for No. 4 Subdivision Springs Riding Drainage District be made and levied on an acreage system.” A copy of this resolution is deposited at the Council’s Office, High street, Leeston, and is available for Public Inspection during office hours until June 20, 1966.
