LIFE BOYS’ COURSE

More than 50 adult leaders of the Life Boys will attend a leadership training course at Trentham this week-end. Leaders from as far afield as Whangarei and Invercargill are expected to participate. Thirty teams will be represented. The theme for the course is “Pressing towards the mark.” Instruction will be given in physical activities, handicrafts, group work, team displays, athletics, religion, music, drama. South Island teams and their leaders include 3rd Blenheim (Mr R. Burr), Ist Motueka (Mr G. Clark), 2nd Nelson (Mrs J. Ingerson) Ist Rangiora (Misses A. Mehrtens, P. Myers, W. Lovell, M. Macaulay).
