Gaol Sentence Quashed
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 1. Mr Justice McGregor today quashed a sentence of six weeks’ imprisonment imposed on Robert David Spain, aged 18, a workman, in the Nelson Magistrate’s Court on a charge of assault. His Honour fined Spain £lO.
