(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) TURIN. The Federation Cup—out of Australian hands for the first time for two years—will return to the United States this week for the second time. The Americans won the “Davis Cup of women’s tennis” when they beat West Germany 3-0 in the final. Miss J. Heldman, the eighthranked American, took the first singles from Miss H. Niessen 4-6, 7-5, 6-1, then Mrs B. J. Moffitt-King beat Miss E. Buding 6-3, 3-6, 6-1. Mrs Moffitt-King and Miss C. Graebner teamed up to beat Miss Buding and Miss H. Schultze 6-4, 6-2 in the doubles.
