‘COPTER CRASH
Pilot Walks 35 Miles (N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN, May 15. Efforts are being made to salvage a helicopter which crashed and burnt out in the Dart Valley on Monday. The pilot escaped without injury and walked 35 miles to Paradise in company with two hunters. The helicopter was Nelson owned, and was working under contract to Luggate Game Packers, Ltd. It was swing loading venison when it overturned and burst into flames.
