Holiday Activities
Christchurch children will visit Parliament Buildings, Wellington Zoo, a car assembly plant and the Freyberg pool during a day trip to Wellington in the May holidays. The visit is one of the activities planned by the Y.M.C.A. A bus trip to Hamner Springs, canoe rides on the Avon river, an all-day cycle trip to New Brighton, a film evening, ice skating and a visit to a fire station also an planned.
