The stiver division of the Canterbury District Ladles'’ Golf Association’s pennant matches were played at Rusoley. Results were:—

Russtey 6, Walmalrl Beach 2 Singles.—Mrs E. Darby (14) beat Mrs A. Hendy (14), 5 and 3; Mrs J. Marshall (15) beat Mrs K. Foxton (15), 1 up; Mrs G. Caldwell (16) beat Mrs V. Boatwood (17), 3 and 2; Mrs B. Williams (18) lost to Mrs R. Lamberton (18), 2 and 1. Foursomes.—Mesdames Darby and Marshall beat Mesdames Hendy and Foxton, 1 up; Me«dames Caldwell and WWKams lost to Mesdames Boatwood and Lamberton. 3 and 2.
