Back From China

(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) HONG KONG, May 8. One of three Korean war turncoat prisoners still in China, Clarence Adams, of Memphis, Tennessee, is expected to cross the border into Hong Kong tomorrow with his Chinese wife and two small children.

Adams’s return will leave in China only two of the original 21 American servicemen who chose to stay with their Communist captors rather than be repatriated after the armistice.

Of the 18, one died in China, two left by way of Eastern Europe, and 15 came out through Hong Kong.
