Boys’ Brigade Courses

Non-commissioned officers of the Boys' Brigade will attend a Canterbury Battalion training course at Leigh Camp, Loburn, during the week-end.

The course includes drill, safety with firearms and explosives, physical training, instructional technique, physical training planning, campins’ and camp craft. The commandant is Mr J. Bills, captain of the 28th Christchurch Company, and the adjutant is the battalion training officer (Mr D. Giblin). The adjutant is the Rev. A W. Baxter. The guest instructor is Constable R. W. Howes, of the Christchurch police, and staff instructors are Messrs S. Dunn, A Cutting, P. Beaumont, L. Teague, L. Bouterey, and B. Hadcroft
