Its Head Office is in Wellington, with Branches throughout New Zealand. It is soundly and profitably established and continues to experience considerable growth. THE POSITION is initially that of Accountant at Head Office with responsibility to the Company Secretary, but due to future retirement planning, it is envisaged that the successful applicant would assume the position of Company Secretary within five years. This would involve a close working relationship with the Board of Directors and could also lead to eventual appointment as a Director. THE MAN would be qualified to at least ARANZ and C.I.S. standard and have had practical experience of staff control in New Zealand. He should be capable of high performance in the fields of centralised accounting, costing related to processing, budgetary estimates and controls and management reporting. A knowledge of computers would be an advantage for later aoplication. THE REWARDS would include a commencing salary in the order of £2.250 per annum with excellent promotional prospects as stat-d above.
