Earthquake In Tashkent

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) ■ MOSCOW, April 27. A severe earthquake crumbled mud - wailed dwellings in the Soviet central Asian city of Tashkent at dawn yesterday, but today life was reported normal, in spice of two further slight tremors. Official reports said four people died and about 150 were injured as old-type white-washed homes collapsed on sleeping occupants. Many homes, several hospitals, schools and public buildings were destroyed, and two factories were seriously damaged.
