Viet Cong terrorists ended a 24-hour period of activity today by exploding a deadly claymore mine at a Saigon intersection, killing 11 people and wounding 20 others. The victims —eight South Korean construction workers and three Vietnamese —were waiting for a bus to take them to work when the mine exploded. spewing deadly metal pellets in a pre-deter-mined arc.
