Final Games In Cricket

The champions in three of the Canterbury Cricket Association’s competitions—2B, 2C and 3B—are already decided but for the rest of the grades the winning teams will not be known until after tomorrow's play.

One of the most interesting finishes will be in the 2A grade where Technical Old Boys are 10 points behind West-University. However, in the games in progress, Technical Old Boys, although behind on the first innings, are in a healthy position against St. Albans; and West-Uni-versity has a long haul to earn a lead against Marist The teams that have won their grades are Riccarton, 28, Linwood High School, 2C (after a one-day outright win last Saturday), and Technical Old Boys, 38. The leaders in the other grades are Lancaster Park B, 3A, and St Albans President’s.
