UNUSUAL PET.—Four-year-old Maureen Kearney feeding her new pet, a 14-day-old orphan rhinoceros, in the garden of her home in Nairobi, Kenya. Maureen’s father, who is warden of Nairobi’s National Park, found the baby rhinoceros after it had been abandoned by its mother, and when an air search failed to find the mother, decided to adopt the orphan.
