Hit By Car
A pedestrian, Keith Haywood, of 22 Aynsley street, Timaru, was hit by a car on the Main South road, near the Islington Hotel, last evening.
He suffered head injuries and was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital. His condition was reported to be satisfactory. The accident happened about 9.10 p.m.
