County Office, FENDALTON 9266 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953 WAIMAIRI COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME PROPOSED CHANGE No. 3 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant, to a resolution of the Waimairi County Council dated February 17, 1966, it has been recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed hereunder. The changes of the district scheme as now recommended by the Council are deposited in the Council offices at the corner of Clyde and Jeffreys roads, the Upper Riccarton Memorial Library and the Council’s Receiving Office at 152 Hereford street. Objections to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made in written notice on Form E prescribed in the schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations, 1960, or to the like effect marked "objection to Scheme Change" and lodged at the offices of the Council not later than noon on Tuesday, April 12, 1966.
