Fine Century By Merrin The highlight of the opening day’s play in the ninth round of the A®hley senior A grade competition was the 115 by R. Merrin for Woodend against Kaiapol. Three other batsmen topped 50 runs, while F. Rapley had another fine bowling performance, with six Woodend wickets for 65 runs. Scores: Rangiora 120 (J. Hirst 47, I. Sail 25; K. O’Loughiin 4/27, C.
