Bungalow Realises £3250
A bungalow, in need of renovation, at 87 Normans road, Papanui, was sold for £3250 at public auction yesterday. The property was offered on account of the estate of Edwin Eli Elphick by Mr N. H. McCrostie. The Government valuation is £3375.
The house has two living rooms, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, bathroom and laundry.
There is also a garage on the section of 38.4 perches. The opening bid was £2500. There were five bids of £lOO, and five of £5O.
