A definite offer is certain to be made to the world light heavyweight boxing champion, Jose Torres (Puerto Rico), within the next few days to defend his title in Auckland against the winner of next week’s fight between Eddie Cotton (United States) and Sipa Fine (Auckland). The international promoter. Mr George Parnassus, will be contacting Torres’s manager with the offer.
