WELLINGTON. February 9. The Vice-President of the United States (Mr Hubert Humphrey) will pay a brief visit to New Zealand. The Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said Mr Humphrey would make the visit soon. Dates and details had yet to be made final. Mr Humphrey will have talks with the Prime Minister and Government officials during his brief stay. Mr Humphrey would bring the New Zealand Government up to date on what had happened at the Honolulu conference on Vietnam, said an official of the United States Embassy tonight. “Undoubtedly the subject will be \ ietnam,“ said the official.
