E. GERMANS ARRIVE

Disarmament Conference (N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) GENEVA, Feb. 7. An East German Government delegation, led by the Deputy Foreign Minister, Mr Georg Stibi, arrived in Geneva yesterday on 3 mission to the 17-nation Geneva Disarmament Conference. Mr Stibi said the purpose of the mission was to support work on a treaty on the nonproliferation of nuclear weapons. This objective “corresponds with the requirements of a genuinely national German policy,” he said.
