FOOTBALL CONGRESS

Mr Guppy To Attend (N.Z. Press Association) NELSON. Mr S. C. Guppy, of Nelson, will represent New Zealand at the general congress of the Federation Internationale Football Association in London in July. He has also attended the last two congresses—in Santiago in 1962 and Tokyo in 1964. The last time the congress was held in London was in 1948. Mr Guppy, who was there for the Olympic Games, attended as an observer. Mr Guppy is president of the Nelson Football Association and is a member of the New Zealand Football Association's council.
