Press Association) DUNEDIN, Jan. 6. t On a charge of being un- s lawfully on the premises ofl’the South Dunedin police sta- c tion at 2 a.m. today, a 41-year-old workman, Windsor ‘ Marton Rowan, was fined £5 j by Justices of the Peace to- , day. Senior-Sergeant R. M. 1 Schwass said Rowan, who ’ pleaded guilty, told the police s he had been unable to sleep ’ and had gone for a walk. He l found himself at the South U Dunedin police station andif entered through a back en-| trance. ( He went through all the r offices but touched nothing, and finally took off his coatiand made himself a cup of ( tea. !, A constable. returning I [ from duty, found Rowan j ( about to leave the premises j< He was arrested. < Rowan told the Justices he ' knew several people at the ; station and thought he might < have found one of them on duty. ! <
