ONE OF CANTERBURY'S FINE PLACES I _ 55 M COUNTY OF WAIPARA SPECIAL ORDER I ALTERATION OF ROAD NAME NOTICE 1« hereby given that at a special meeting of the Waiipara County Council held on fthe 20th day of December. 1965, the following Resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at the ordinary meeting of that Council to b« held on the 31st dav of January. 1966. at 10 a m., at Uta Council Chambers at Waikari: RESOLUTION In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 191, (subsection 6 <k) of the Counties Act, 1956, and pursuant to Section 192 of that Act. the Waipara County Council hereby resolves and declares by way of Special Order that the public road situated in Block VIII of the Waipara and Block VIII of the Waikari Survey Districts and extending from the Main North road (State Highway No. 7) to the Waikari Valley road and hitherto known as the North Waikari road, shall hereafter be named Mcßae s road. A copy of the above Resolution is deposited at the County Office at Waikari and will remain open to the inspection of the public during office hours untily January 31, 1966.
