Rebuilding At Te Anau

(N.Z. Press Association) INVERCARGILL, Jan. 5. Contractors are to make a start later this week on rebuilding the Te Anau Hotel. Three-quarters of the hotel I was gutted by a fire on Octo|ber 8. The contractors, the Fletch-1 ier Construction Company Ltd., began initial preparations for the £300,000 job today by stockpiling material. The hotel is expected to be finished by the end of the year. Bookings are being ! taken from December 10. The portion of the hotel! which escaped the blaze has since been in use.
