PUBLIC NOTICES I CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL DUST AND REFUSE COLLECTION CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS i BECAUSE of the Public Holidays 1 at Christmas and New Year, the Refuse normally collected on Monday will be collected on Wednesday, and that normally collected on Tuesday will be collected on Thursday. There will be no collections on Decern ber 27. December 28, January 3 and January 4. Refuse colection in suburban areas will start at 7.30 a m. and occupiers are requested to have their tins out earlier than usual. The Controlled Tip at Rowan avenue, which is open for FREE tipping of rubbish every Satur day morning, will be closed from December 25 to December 28. and January 1 to January 4 all dates inclusive.
