TAIPEI, Dec. 29.

Formosan health authorities have announced measures aimed at cutting the rising birth rate.

More birth control experts will be stationed throughout the community to advise married women on family planning. Throughout the island of 12 million people, all public health workers will be given special training on how to advise on birth control.
