SEAMAN FINED
Charged with trespassing, Leonard Michael Allan, a 17-year-old, seaman from the Athenic, was fined £3 by Messrs D. Loader and R, H. Duff, Justices of the Peace, in the Magistrate’s Court, Lyttelton, on Friday. Sergeant D. G. M. Simpson, said Allan had been asked to leave Revell’s cafe, Norwich quay on Thursday evening, because he was creating a disturbance. He returned later in the evening and was removed by the police. Allan pleaded guilty.
