Gee, win retire tomorrow from too Rml New Zealand Nw Ueutenant Goo win iota the etaff of Onehungn High School. He joined the New Mdand division of the Royal Navy in 1931. In 1934 be was one of the youngest of 30 seamen chosen for a three-year Interchange of men between the New Zeeland and Royal Navtat. During the Second World War he served in toe Leander, Achilles, and Gambia. After the war, he joined the etaff of Seoto denote in Wellington aa a physical training inetructor. In 1952 ho returned to the New Zealand Navy and became the general organiser of sports and tournaments in the Northern Military District In 1963, Lieutenant Gee was awarded the MJ.E. for aervices to physical training.
