LEWIS PASS ROAD SITES
Five For Sale By Ballot The Lands and Survey Department is offering for sale by ballot five holiday home sites on the Lewis Pass road, 37 miles from Culverden and 20 miles from the pass. The sites, valued at £lOO each, may be purchase', on deferred payment of £l5 deposit and the balance over 10 years. Applications will dose at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 1966, and the ballot will be held two days later if there are more applicants than sites.
Successful applicants will have two years in which to show evidence that they intend to build on the land.
