Ltd. make a predfctkxi on the current year’a dividend in separate reports accompanying the annual accounta for the year to June 30. Aa prevlouaiy reported dividend was cut from 12 per cent to 8 per cent although profit Increeaed from £538,786 to £544,397 after cutting taxation nrovMon from £235,001 to £210.015. Annual dividend had previxMiaiy been 12 per cent for two yean preceded by a 15 per cent rate for 13 yean. However, the chairman (Mr K. G. Healing) caya it ia expected that pressure of the company’s liquidity will progressively ease from March, next year.
