fN.Z Pren Ann—Copyright) MELBOURNE. The world 5000 metres record-holder, Kipchoge Keino, of Kenya, easily beat R. W. Clarke, of Australia, in a slowly run 5000 metres race at Melbourne last night. Keino’s time was 13mln 40.6aec, 16.4aec outride his record. The Kenyan overtook Clarke 350 yards from the finish and streaked away from the former 5000 metres record-holder to win easily.
