Filling Rivers
The Waimakariri and Rakaia rivers were dirty and high at • a.m. yesterday, according to the North Canter bury Acclimatisation Society’s report on the fishing rivers. The Waiau and Hurunui were diicoioured, but the Ashley and Selwyn were clear and fishable.
