The Federation of Labour will ask the Government to sponsor a resolution in the United Nations demanding a stop to all nuclear weapon testing including next year’s French experiments in the Pacific. Mr T. E. Skinner, president of the F.0.L., will lead a deputation to the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) next Tuesday to ask for the Government's sponsorship. “New Zealand has just been elected to take a seat on the Security Council," said Mr Skinner today. “This is New Zealand's real chance to get its representative, Mr F. H.
