Health Ban Imposed (N.Z. Pres* Assn.—Copyright) CANBERRA, Dee. 18. The Federal Minister for Health, Mr Swarts, today banned the Importation of any items filled with water from countries with different health standards to those In Australia. His move folows an investigation by federal and state Health Departments into novelty liquid-filled drink coolers from Hong Kong. The coolers are similar to ones suspected by American health authorities of containing contaminated water.
