(N.Z.P.A.-Reutcr—Copyright) PARIS, Dec. 16. The French Foreign Minister, Mr Couve de Murville, has told the French Cabinet that he believed the main obstacles to a resumption of negotiations with Common Market members had been overcome.

The Information Minister, Mr Alain Peyrefitte, said that Mr Couve de Murville had said France hoped the Foreign Ministers of “The Six” would be able to meet early in the New Year.
