CONVICTION QUASHED

New Trial On Murder Charge (X.Z. Prejj Assn.— Copyright) SYDNEY, Dec. 16. The Court of Criminal Appeal today quashed a married couple's conviction for the murder of a man 15 years ago and ordered a new trial. They are Hazel Dorothy Bodsworth, aged 51, and Henry William Bodsworth, aged 36, labourer, of Hopetoun. Victoria. They were charged with the murder of Mrs Bodsworth’s former husband, Edwin James Grav Baron, on August 30, 1950. They had both pleaded not guilty.
