Bungalow At Fendalton Offered on account of the estate of PhylMs Margaret Young, a five-year-old bungalow on a section of 24 perches at 11 Vetnran place. Fendalton was sold at public auction for £5300. The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan. The house has a tounge, diningroom, two bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom and gar - age.
Acting in conjunction with Mr J. J. Lagan, Ford and Hadfield, Ltd., passed in a twostorey weatherboard house and a bach on a section of 40 perches at 140 Office road, Papanui, at £6700. The house is converted into six flats. Five of the flats, which are furnished, are retunning £23 15s a week. The bach is let at £1 10s a week. The auctioneer was Mr Denys Chapman.
Two seif-contaiined flats on a section of 17.7 perches, zoned industrial B, were passed in at £4500.
The property was offered by Gibbon and Middleton, Ltd., in conjunction with M. B. Cook and Company. The auctioneer was Mr T. H. Gibbon.
