Sharp Rise In True Hydatids

Seven cases of true hydatids were found in dosing 388 dogs during October, the hydatids inspector (Mr C. P. Catchpole) told the Paparua County Council last evening. “The figures show a sharp rise in the incidence of true hydatids,” ho said. “We have had 20 infected dogs so far this year, as against 10 for the whole of 1964."
